About Us

Hot Yoga Travel Co.

Hot Yoga Travel Co. brings together travel and the discipline of Bikram Yoga to create immersive experiences around the world. We offer retreats, immersions, teacher trainings, and workshops rooted in the original hot yoga method.

Our approach is grounded in clarity, consistency, and a deep respect for the lineage of Bikram yoga. We teach the 26&2 practice with impeccable attention to detail and an understanding of the system as it was designed—while supporting each individual’s process within it.

We travel with intention, moving mindfully through each destination with awareness and respect. How we go matters as much as where we go—together, we co-create meaningful journeys rooted in kindness, respect, and camaraderie. Come join us!

Jasmine Nash, CEO

I’ve always been drawn to travel and the people you meet along the way. Early on, I noticed something different about those who practiced yoga—there was a steadiness and clarity in how they lived that stayed with me.

I found Bikram Yoga (26&2) a few years into my own practice, and it immediately clicked. The structure and intensity of the original hot yoga method challenged me in a way I had been missing, and I’ve been connected to it ever since. After completing Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013, I began teaching and traveling full-time, working in over 30 countries through trainings, retreats, and workshops. I’ve also had the opportunity to study closely with Esak Garcia and contribute to advanced training environments over many years.

Through Hot Yoga Travel Co., I bring together two things that have shaped my life—hot yoga and travel—creating spaces for people to deepen their practice while exploring the world.

Esak Garcia, e84 Program Director

Esak began his study of Bikram Yoga at a young age, influenced by his mother and later trained directly by Bikram Choudhury and Mary Jarvis. He completed teacher training in 2001, marking a shift toward a lifelong exploration of the original hot yoga method.

In 2005, he became the International Yoga Sports Federation champion, an achievement that helped launch a global teaching career. Esak has spent decades teaching workshops, retreats, and trainings worldwide. As the creator of the e84 program and Jedi Fight Club, his work emphasizes discipline, precision, and depth within the 26&2 system.

Alongside the physical practice, his long-term study with Dr. Carolyn Fuqua informs a broader philosophical approach, shaping a teaching style that integrates technical mastery with self-inquiry and personal development.

Oleg Korsunsky, Operations Director

Oleg began his journey with hot yoga as a teenager. In 2013, he attended the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, an experience that reshaped his understanding of discipline, resilience, and potential.

Since then, Oleg has spent over a decade teaching internationally across nearly 50 studios, leading classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings in diverse cultural settings. His work is grounded in a practical understanding of the 26&2 method, with an emphasis on clarity, structure, and safe, effective instruction.

With additional training in Prana Vashya Yoga, Oleg brings a broad perspective to his teaching, as well as a focus on creating well-run, high-quality experiences that support both personal development and consistent practice.
