Yoga Immersions

What is a yoga immersion?

A yoga immersion is an opportunity to step away from daily distractions and completely dedicate yourself to your practice. These events aren’t teacher trainings—they’re for both dedicated practitioners and teachers alike. During an immersion, you’ll practice at least two classes per day, giving yourself the space to experience the subtle shifts and breakthroughs that only regular practice and clear technique can create.

All levels welcome

There’s no specific level of practice required to attend an immersion, though immersions are best suited for those who feel inspired by the idea of practicing twice a day. If that sounds like more than what you want to do, then check out our retreats!

Each immersion offers a distinct focus—choose to dive into Bikram Yoga, explore the progression of the e84 Intermediate class into 84 Asanas or join the bootcamp-style energy of Jedi Fight Club. Yoga immersions are a chance to connect more deeply with yourself, your practice, and the vibrant community around you.

Testimonials
Caroline, Luxembourg

“Thank you so much for this wonderful week! I learned so much I can use in and out of the studio. You were so motivating that the hours and days just passed even if we had to do yet another set of lunges… I went to the park with my kids and suddenly I saw all the opportunities to integrate the homework in my daily life, it just clicked… It was a really good idea to let us practice in different environments, and different temperatures, this made me adventurous. Also the abstinence from sugar, caffeine... was an important experience. I did not miss any of it. So thank you again for allowing me, with my little experience, to participate!! I am so grateful”

“For me this did not feel like a once in a lifetime experience. It felt more like the beginning of a deeper experience- the deepening of my practice in a healthy way. No pressure, only practice. Breathing, form, depth. In my view, you personally have an important part in this, in the way you teach. Thank you for your teaching.”

“I really appreciated your considered and well planned programme for us. I feel so lucky to have come across the Jedi concept and to meet you and be guided by you. It is clear that your energy attracts similar thinking people. The positive energy created I know will carry me for weeks and months to come.”
