26&2 Continuing Education

26&2 Continuing Education Week is designed for both dedicated practitioners and teachers seeking to refine their craft. Over the course of the week, we’ll focus on posture technique, anatomy, history, and philosophy while also addressing topics specific to teaching and professional development. This event is hosted by B90 Yoga, which has been serving the community with Bikram yoga classes for over 2 decades.

Curriculum

Practice

  • 2 90-minute classes per day with Adam, Jasmine, and other experienced teachers

About Adam

Adam attended Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2011. He soon became one of Bikram Choudhury’s leading assistants, staffing 15 trainings and teaching at more than 100 studios worldwide, earning a reputation as a guardian of the original 90‑minute class.

In 2018, he was gifted Studio X Bikram Yoga in Edmonton, and later expanded his leadership by opening another space at Panther Gym in 2025. Adam’s professional background includes a Neuroscience degree, a DDS degree, and Orofascial Pain and Sleep Medicine residency training. Currently, he is completing an Integrative Medicine degree with ongoing studies in Pranic Healing.

About Jasmine

Jasmine attended Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013. She has taught in 30+ countries and travels between teacher trainings, retreats, and other yoga events for most of the year.  After teacher training, she received mentorship from Esak Garcia and has been an integral part of the Jedi Fight Club and e84 Yogastaff teams for many years. A yoga athlete since 2012, Jasmine won the Canadian Championships in 2019-21.  Jasmine is especially passionate about caring for groups of yogis and loves to create memorable yoga travel adventures. She is the CEO of Hot Yoga Travel Co.

Logistics

Arrive anytime on May 29. Be ready to begin training in the morning on May 30. Depart anytime on June 6. June 5 is a full training day. The closest airport is the Vancouver International Airport (YVR.)  There are many airbnbs in the area. Please for local accommodation connections.

Payment

Please submit a $200 deposit now to hold your spot for this training. You are also welcome to submit full payment of $700 USD.  Payment in full is due on May 16, 2026.
