26&2 Teacher Training
This thorough, 5-week yoga teacher training prepares future teachers to lead the original 26&2 90-minute hot yoga Bikram class, as well as carry forward the tradition of the lineage with confidence and integrity. Participants will exit this training ready to teach professional, intelligent, and motivating hot yoga classes to the public.
This hot yoga teacher training program in Trieste, Italy will be led by Adam Chipiuk, Jasmine Nash and Oleg Korsunsky alongside a team of highly experienced presenters and contributors. Upon registration, and with our assistance, students will be expected to begin work on dialogue memorization immediately, so as to be prepared for the in-person phase of the training.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- complete a 2-week challenge of 11 classes per week before attending the in-person 26&2 Yoga Teacher Training.
- begin memorization immediately after registering.
- be available for Zoom meet-ups with their class prior to the training start date.
- be ready and willing to practice 11 hot classes per week for 5 weeks. Your level of practice is not important, but you must be prepared to take on the challenge!
- be willing to clear their schedule for the 5 week training- you will not have time to work remotely.
- be genuinely interested in putting in the work to carry forward the 26&2 tradition with integrity.
- commit to 5 weeks without drinking alcohol or doing recreational drugs.

About Adam
Adam Chipiuk attended Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2011, quickly rising to become one of Bikram Choudhury’s senior assistants at 15 international trainings and directly guiding thousands of new teachers. Over the years, he has taught at more than 100 studios worldwide and earned a reputation as a guardian of the original 90‑minute class.
Adam also brings deep medical expertise, with a B.Sc. in Neuroscience from the University of Alberta, a DDS from NYU, and advanced training in sleep medicine and orofacial pain at UCLA, along with studies in naturopathic and integrative medicine.
Drawing on his experience as a former studio owner, he integrates lived experience, rigorous training, and medical knowledge into teaching that is precise, disciplined, and deeply transformative.
About Jasmine
Jasmine attended Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and has since taught in 30+ countries, leading teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops year-round. After training, she worked with her mentor Esak Garcia to help build the e84 Yoga program, shaping training environments for teachers worldwide. She is one of 4 leaders of Jedi Fight Club, a posture development training created by Esak.
A committed yoga athlete since 2012, Jasmine won the Canadian Championships in 2019–2021. She is passionate about supporting groups of yogis and designing transformative, high-level yoga travel experiences. As CEO of Hot Yoga Travel Co., she combines her expertise in 26&2 original hot yoga with her love of travel, creating immersive events that deepen practice, build community, and stimulate personal growth.
About Oleg
Oleg attended his first hot yoga class as a teenager, and after working for a decade in the corporate world he attended the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013. Since then he has traveled and lived around the globe while teaching and practicing various modalities. He is also a certified Prana Vashya Yoga Teacher.
Oleg is passionate about personal growth, and looks forward to facilitating health and wellness for students. He is the Operations Director of Hot Yoga Travel Co.
