About e84 Yoga
Join us in Bali for our 10-year anniversary celebration training!
e84 Yoga pioneered the first higher-level hot yoga teacher training system in 2017. Although both the 26&2 and 84 Asanas have been taught since the 1970s, until this time only the 26&2 had an established teacher training framework. e84 Yoga changed that by creating the first formal 84 Asanas teacher training, preparing instructors to teach this powerful system safely and effectively.
Since 2017, we’ve held 24 e84 teacher trainings worldwide and empowered numerous practitioners to explore the depth of this potent lineage.
e84 Intermediate Teacher Training
The first 2 weeks of the month-long e84 teacher training begin with the e84 Intermediate training. You will practice the Intermediate class twice daily, developing sequencing and leadership skills while preparing the body for the traditional 84 Asanas sequence. The e84 Intermediate class is not a fixed sequence. Each session explores different parts of the 84 Asanas class, giving you time to learn precise steps, safe progressions, and modifications.
This is the first step towards earning a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certificate and later the 500-hour e84 Teacher Diploma.

84 Asanas Training
The next two weeks focus on the traditional 84 Asanas hot yoga sequence, often called the “advanced” class. We avoid that label because this sequence is safer and more accessible than the name implies. This is a higher-level hot yoga practice that builds on the 26&2 foundation, with an emphasis on technique, self-awareness, and self-control. Additional subjects include anatomy, meditation and mantra, history, yoga philosophy and jnana yoga.
Participants who have completed both this course and the e84 Intermediate training will receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certificate

FULL MONTH e84 Intermediate Training + 84 Asanas Training
All students who are new to the e84 program are welcome to attend the first 2 weeks. Any students who have already completed the e84 Intermediate Training are welcome to attend the last 2 weeks (84 Asanas Training.) Or, students are welcome to attend the entire month in order to complete both trainings back-to-back.
Successful completion of the entire month earns you a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificate. You’ll also have completed 2 of the 4 steps towards the 500-hour e84 Teacher Diploma.

It's no problem to attend without the intention to teach after, but you will still be expected to complete all teaching-related assignments in order to graduate. Some people who come to training without the intention to teach actually find that they get inspired during training and want to teach afterwards!
