Workshop in Dublin Schedule
Sunday, November 8
2:30-4:30pm Yoga Homework
5-6:15pm 26&2 class (75mins)
Plan your meals so you feel comfortable and prepared to move at 2:30pm. Although the workshop is unheated, we’ll be moving around a lot. It isn’t recommended to attend this session right after a meal.
What is "Yoga Homework?"
“Yoga Homework” is a practical workshop session where you’ll learn and practice targeted techniques to deepen your yoga postures, support recovery from injuries, and build greater strength, mobility, and flexibility. You’ll learn tools you can take into the hot room or practice at home.
With consistency, these techniques can create tremendous change in both your mind and body: more awareness, more confidence, and a deeper understanding of how your body moves.
This playful, unheated session is suitable for all levels and every body. Expect to leave feeling worked, informed, and energized—with the satisfying sensation of a full-body workout!
Please contact us with any questions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely. This hot yoga workshop is open to all levels ranging from beginner to long-time practitioners and teachers. Jasmine will meet you where you are at.
We always encourage a practice that feels safe, sustainable, and respectful of any existing injuries. Some of the workshop material may offer useful ways to adapt your practice, but you should always skip anything that causes discomfort, rest when needed, or simply observe. Modify the experience as needed so it supports your body.
No, but the room will be warm. Wear whatever you would usually choose for yoga class, or opt for slightly more coverage if that feels more comfortable. Because the workshop includes both movement and instruction, relaxed, easy-to-move-in clothing is ideal.
The class that follows will be heated, so please bring your usual hot-yoga outfit to change into afterward.
Absolutely. Even if you are already familiar with the topics we cover, there is real value in hearing the questions and experiences other students bring to the workshop. Participants help shape the conversations, and listening to the practice through a student’s perspective can deepen and strengthen your own teaching. You are welcome to submit questions in advance.
