Welcome to the Hot Yoga Forum, a place for technical hot yoga discussions.
We are experienced Bikram-certified teachers with decades of international 26&2 instruction across 100+ studios, and with a commitment to the original method's clarity, detail, and safe practice (please visit our About Us page for more information.) Our aim is to maintain a space for students and teachers to ask technical questions, share insights, and get answers on the 26&2 method.
Students can explore dedicated forum categories such as postures, heat, nutrition, and more. Teachers: please register to unlock the private Teacher Forum for topics like room management, student interactions, studio / business discussions, and to share your expertise in answering student questions.

We recognize that there are strongly differing opinions within our community. Healthy debate is welcome—personal attacks, self-righteous preaching, or dogmatic views are not.
