How to give yoga corrections in Bikram class

About this workshop

On Friday evening, we’ll practice the e84 Intermediate Class—a 90-minute hot class that builds on the Bikram yoga foundation to introduce new postures and develop additional skills. It’s an accessible, fun class focused on posture technique. No advanced experience is required.

During Saturday’s unheated Bikram yoga workshop, we’ll take a closer look at alignment, posture mechanics, and key elements of the 26&2 hot yoga sequence. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, watch demonstrations, and explore techniques for your own body and practice. We’ll end the day with a full 26&2 class so you can apply what you’ve learned right away. This hot yoga workshop in Limerick is open to all levels and offers helpful guidance for every stage of your yoga journey. Please contact us with any questions.
