26&2 Continuing Education Week

Reunion Island, February 8-14, 2027

26&2 Continuing Education

Continuing education is designed for both existing 26&2 teachers and enthusiastic practitioners. This week focuses on the powerful 26&2 hot yoga sequence, also known as Bikram Yoga.

Participants will have the option to practice 1-2 26&2 classes per day as well as participate in 3-4 hours of posture technique workshops led by Jasmine Nash.

This week takes place in parallel with 26&2 teacher training by e84 yoga- this is a chance to get in on the fun intensity that a teacher training carries.

An immersion into technique

During the 26&2 posture technique workshops, we’ll take the time to go through each of the postures from the 26&2 sequence in detail. Expect to do a combination of listening, watching demonstrations, and trying postures while following along with a detailed slideshow presentation.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive personal corrections on postures. The room will not be heated, and note taking is welcome.

The technique workshops will be given in English with French translation available. Speakers of both languages are welcome to attend. Some of the hot yoga classes will be in French.

Logistics

Accommodation

There are many airbnbs and hotels within walking distance of the studio. The studio is located about a 15 minute walk from the beach and has easy access to grocery stores and other necessities. It is easy to take the bus from the airport to the studio area, so it is not necessary to rent a car unless you plan to go exploring (which we recommend, because Reunion Island is amazing!)

e84 Yoga was founded in 2016 by Esak Garcia and is cared for by Esak, Jasmine, and a dedicated team.

e84 runs 26&2 trainings and well as the e84 Diploma Program, an immersive two-year journey that cultivates a deep, embodied understanding of yoga as both a lifestyle and a disciplined practice. The program equips leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach and practice the e84 Intermediate class and the 84 Asanas class.

Attending 26&2 Continuing Education Week is a great way to strengthen your foundation if you are considering applying for the 26&2 Teacher Training by e84 Yoga or the e84 Teacher Training Program in the future.
