e84 Intermediate Training
During the 2‑week e84 Intermediate training in Vancouver, you’ll learn to practice and lead the e84 intermediate class under the guidance of Jasmine Nash. By the end, you’ll be ready to teach fun, challenging, and therapeutic e84 Intermediate classes. This training is your first step toward a 200‑hour Yoga Alliance certification, with the option to continue on to the 500‑hour e84 Teacher Diploma.
The e84 Intermediate class is a 90‑minute hot yoga class built on the Bikram foundation. It introduces new postures and builds additional yoga skills while focusing on clear posture technique. The class is accessible and fun, and no advanced experience is needed—just a willingness to take a step forward and an interest in learning the 84 asanas tradition.
Admission Requirements
In order to attend the e84 Intermediate training, certification to teach the 26&2 hot yoga sequence (Bikram Yoga) isn’t mandatory, although we strongly recommend it. Non-teachers are welcome to join, but they’ll need to do a bit of extra work to confidently lead effective intermediate classes.
Before attending, you must complete:
- A 30-day practice challenge of 1 class per day within the 60 days prior to the training start date
- At least 12 e84 Intermediate classes (these must be done after you register for this training). You can fulfill this in-person with an e84 leader or via the e84 Virtual Studio.
You should be eager to expand on the foundation built through 26&2 hot yoga. No advanced physical skills are needed.

It doesn't matter what you are able in terms of postures- we'll help you take a step forward from wherever you are at.
It's no problem to attend without the intention to teach after, but you will still be expected to complete all teaching-related assignments in order to graduate. There are requirements to attend the e84 intermediate training. Please see the assignments above in the "Admission Requirements."
