About Louise

A Bikram Yoga teacher for over eight years, Lou has had the opportunity to teach in New Zealand, Australia, Bali, Denmark, and France before founding her own studio in Réunion four years ago.

For Lou, Bikram Yoga is far more than just a discipline; it is a practice that has profoundly transformed her life. Convinced of its physical, mental, and emotional benefits, she now shares this method with passion, authenticity, and a commitment to high standards. Her teaching style combines discipline, precision, and kindness. She guides each student attentively, encouraging them to develop greater body awareness, cultivate presence, and explore their potential while respecting their own capabilities.

Through this training, Lou aims to pass on much more than a sequence of postures: she shares a philosophy, a life experience, and all the tools needed to become a competent, inspiring, and deeply human teacher.

About Jasmine

Jasmine attended Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and has since taught in 30+ countries, leading teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops year-round. After training, she worked with her mentor Esak Garcia to help build the e84 Yoga program, shaping training environments for teachers worldwide. She is one of 4 leaders of Jedi Fight Club, a posture development training created by Esak.

A committed yoga athlete since 2012, Jasmine won the Canadian Championships in 2019–2021. She is passionate about supporting groups of yogis and designing transformative, high-level yoga travel experiences. As CEO of Hot Yoga Travel Co., she combines her expertise in 26&2 original hot yoga with her love of travel, creating immersive events that deepen practice, build community, and stimulate personal growth.
